Fast Track Your Budget & Fast Track Your Business

We had this “Fast Track Your Business” training inside the “3 LE Team” with Ashleigh and Adam Reeker about how to manage your finances when you run an online business. The training was amazing, probably one of the most accurate and actionable training coming from the most honest and transparent coaches out there.

The information they provided was very clear and based on their successful experiences. They only teach what they do, apply and use, no BS.

But, as they are based in US, they most likely use tools that serve the US market or residents.

Ashleigh was suggesting 2 online apps and 1 google sheet to keep track of your budget. I had a look to these tools and they are amazing, unfortunately, the two web apps were not designed for other countries than US or Canada. So, I did my own work, went to uncle Google and YouTube to do some researches and found a great FREE app able to do the job for Aussie residents.

Aussie Budget Managing App

It’s called Pocketbook and it works very well.

Click here to go to the Pockerbook Website.

Pocketbook is very easy to use, flexible, can be connected to your bank account(s) to give you access to real time data and stats.

When you have created your Pocketbook account (for free), in the settings your add your bank account(s) and sync it/them with the app. The app retrieves the data from your bank account(s), incomes, expenses and transfers. You than categorize all your expense (it’s like tagging them) using the already available tags or by creating new ones. You also can tag some of your expenses as bills and set their frequency (weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly, annually). With  this feature, you easily can see what bills are coming up using a calendar view.

When you are done with categorizing your transactions, you can use the Analyse tab of the app to see where your money goes.

Pocketbook is a free to use to fast track your budget. They have three app options available, web, Android and IPhone/Ipad.
To unlock the Analyse feature you either needs to refer one person to use Pocketbook or you can donate AUD$9.00.

They also provide a very complete FAQ to answer most if not all the questions possible.

The app is used by over 350,000 Aussies, so, they already received and answered a ton of questions.

When you know how your finances look like and you know how much money you can spend on your business. You get a better idea on what to do, what you can afford, when to do it and of course how often you can afford to do it. For example, if you want to run  NLS solo ads and you know your exact budget, you can plan your solo ad purchases ahead and focus on other things when your advertising is in place.

I hope this article was helpful and I’ll see you in an other one very soon.

Have an awesome and profitable day.
